Terms and conditions of sale
Applicable to bookings made via villarstaxi.ch and our BookTaxi booking widget.
1. Booking
A booking is firm once confirmed by email. A minimum notice of 2 hours before departure is required unless otherwise agreed.
2. Fares
Fares are calculated according to distance, vehicle and applicable surcharges. The price shown before confirmation is the final all-inclusive amount unless extras are added later by mutual agreement.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations may incur fees.
4. Payment
Payment options include cash to the driver, online deposit or full online payment, subject to availability in the booking flow.
5. Liability
We endeavour to meet agreed schedules. Liability for delay attributable to the provider is limited to the fare of the transfer concerned.
6. Minors
Transfers involving unaccompanied minors should be arranged with clear parental instructions and emergency contacts.
